About Sapphire Social
Sapphire Social Agency was built on connection — long before business ever came into the picture. Childhood friends and next-door neighbors, Liv and Zach spent their early years side by side, forming a bond that would later evolve into something much bigger.
As they grew older, each followed a distinct creative path. Liv launched Southern NH Media Marketing, providing social media management for small businesses. Zach founded ZMP Media, building a name for himself through clean, intentional photography and creative direction.
When they reconnected years later, a few collaborative projects quickly turned into something more. Their strengths naturally complemented one another, and it became clear that their shared vision and entrepreneurial spirit were the foundation for something greater.
That realization became Sapphire Social Studio & Agency — a full-service creative agency offering social media management, elevated content and branding shoots, and a thoughtfully designed space for small businesses to bring their vision to life.
With a mutual commitment to creativity and consistency, Sapphire Social helps businesses show up online with clarity and confidence. Supporting small business owners is at the heart of everything they do — and the agency was built to be more than a service. It’s a space where creativity thrives, and brands grow.

Olivia Twitchell
CO-FOUNDER & SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGER
Her love for social media started when she helped a local small business build its online presence from scratch — and saw just how much of a difference consistent, high-quality content could make. From there, things took off. As more small business owners started reaching out for help, she launched Southern NH Media Marketing to support them — and hasn’t looked back since.
Now, as one half of Sapphire Social, Olivia blends strategy, creativity, and a real understanding of what it’s like to run a business. She’s passionate about helping businesses grow in a way that feels exciting for the people behind them!
When she’s not working, you’ll probably find her hanging out with friends and family, shopping, baking cookies, or planning her next trip.

Zach Piotrowicz
CO-FOUNDER & PHOTOGRAPHER
Zach’s passion for photography started with a camera in hand and a love for capturing the little things that often go unnoticed. What began as a creative outlet quickly turned into something more — helping people and brands tell their stories through clean, thoughtful visuals that actually feel like them.
As the other half of Sapphire Social, Zach brings a creative eye and calm energy to every shoot. He’s all about creating content that’s intentional, true to your brand, and built to make an impact — whether it’s behind the camera or directing a concept!
Outside of work, Zach’s usually listening to music, snapping film photos for fun, sipping on cold brew, or hanging with his dog, Tucker.
