As childhood friends and next-door neighbors, Liv and Zach grew up side by side before each building their own successful businesses in the creative industry. Liv specialized in social media, while Zach focused on photography.

When they reconnected years later, a few collaborative projects quickly proved their strengths were better together. That partnership became Sapphire Social Studio & Agency, a full-service creative agency offering social media management, branding photography, content creation, and a studio designed to help small businesses bring their vision to life.

Today, Sapphire Social exists to help businesses show up with confidence through thoughtful strategy, elevated content, and a genuine passion for supporting fellow entrepreneurs.

    Olivia Twitchell

    CO-FOUNDER & SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGER

    Olivia earned her Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Southern New Hampshire University before beginning her career in social media marketing. After gaining valuable in-house marketing experience, she founded her own business to help small businesses grow through intentional strategy and impactful content.

    Today, she brings years of experience in social media strategy, content creation, and digital marketing to Sapphire Social. She has partnered with businesses across a variety of industries, with particular expertise in beauty and wellness, real estate, retail, and food & beverage. Backed by Meta certification and hands-on industry experience, Olivia is passionate about helping brands grow through intentional strategy and high-quality content.

    Zach Piotrowicz

    CO-FOUNDER & PHOTOGRAPHER

    Zach’s passion for photography started with a camera in hand and a love for capturing the little things that often go unnoticed. What began as a creative outlet quickly turned into something more — helping people and brands tell their stories through clean, thoughtful visuals that actually feel like them.

    As the other half of Sapphire Social, Zach brings a creative eye and calm energy to every shoot. He’s all about creating content that’s intentional, true to your brand, and built to make an impact — whether it’s behind the camera or directing a concept!

    Outside of work, Zach’s usually listening to music, snapping film photos for fun, sipping on cold brew, or hanging with his dog, Tucker.
